King bedroom downstairs is also a living room with two couches and TV. Barn doors open to dinning room but can be closed to make a private bedroom. Dinning room is on the other side of the closed barn doors.
Upstairs rec and TV room with upper deck access. Table seats 4-6 people for games or dining. TV has 4 basic channels from an attenna and also has DVD player with lots of movies, for rainy days or late nights, for any tastes!
Nationally recognized river for fishing, kayaks and canoes.
House is in the middle of 4 acres and you can walk to the river. Great for fly fishing and trout fishing and only 8 miles to Eureka!

There are three bedrooms, a King bedroom downstairs, a King bedroom upstairs along with a Full bedroom upstairs.
Then there is a Queen in the open area of the Rec room upstairs.
8 people can sleep in beds with 2 people in both King beds, Queen bed, and Full.
We try and keep the limit to 8 people.
TVs both upstairs and downstairs, kitchen / dining room downstairs, two decks, one deck outside kitchen and one outside upstairs rec room.
Two bathrooms and a laundry room. At 2,300 square feet of space there is plenty of room !
We prefer family get togethers, fishing trips, old friend reunions and the like....
NO WEDDINGS or COMPANY PARTIES.
There are bed sheets and covers, pillows, toilet paper, plenty of towels, soap, and paper towels There is a washer and dryer, hair dryer, hangers, and an iron with ironing board. There is Starlink for internet connection. The downstairs TV has an Apple box and the upstairs TV has a DVD player with a large movie collection. In the kitchen there are all manner of utensils, cooking pots and pans, cookie sheets, a toaster, a blender, lots of coffee cups, glasses, and even a Kitchen Aid mixer!
Depending on the time of year the nightly price can vary between $200 to $375 a night.
The river can be fast or slow. high or low...I have little idea when booking. It's up to the weather and Corp of Engineers!!
There is a refundable $150 damage deposit or insurance on VRBO and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $195.
There is a two night minimum and discounts for staying 7 nights to 28 nights. NO PETS !
